In order to offer better service to expatriates, a dedicated cell named Expatriates Help Cell under AIG (Expatriate Cell) has been established in Police Headquarters, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

A focal point of the rank of Additional Superintendent at all headquarters units (Districts/Metropolitans) is assigned to monitor all expatriate issues.

Expatriates can also lodge complaints to the nearby police stations. Officer in Charge of the police stations have been instructed to ensure prompt measures to their complaints.
